  1933 Refugee from National Socialism in Prague.

  1935 Hurrah, the Butter is Gone ->.

  1936 AIZ renamed Volks Illustrierte

  1938 Flees to England.

  1939 One Man's War against Hitler, at the Arcade Gallery in London.

  1940 meets Gertrud Fietz whilest interned.

  1947 Fashion Plates for Browns and Chester: Portrait of a Shop. 1780-1946 
     with H. D. Willcock and Diana Brinton Lee.

  1949 m. Gertrude.

  1950 Returned to Germany.

  1968 d.  April 26th. East Berlin.
